Thank you for shopping with AniCanvas! We take pride in creating unique, anime artwork printed on high-quality canvas. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the made-to-order and artistic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If your item arrives damaged or there is a production error, we are here to help.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

To process a replacement:

  • Email support@anicanvas.com with your order number.

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging showing the damage or defect.

We may request you return the item or dispose of it responsibly, depending on the situation.


3. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that, your order may have already entered production, and we cannot guarantee a cancellation or refund.

To request a cancellation, please email us at support@anicanvas.com with your order number as soon as possible.


4. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. AniCanvas is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


5. Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • An item is out of stock or cannot be fulfilled.

  • A damaged or defective item cannot be replaced.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
